Painted Poems

As I mentioned in my bio I write poetry and I also illustrate it. The painting style I use was developed in a shared studio with a great artist called Charles Rajkovic (in fact the studio was his garage) and we shared discussions on art and techniques of painting over glasses of cheap red. This is one my poems, entitled Sand Signs. You will notice that the Haiku that accompanies the poem plays with the old zen notion of a butterfly looking at a man or is it a man looking at a butterfly?
